A side effect of my ADHD meds are lower appetite, so taking them more regularly has really shown that🤔 I guess not wanting to snack all the time makes a difference😂

Wet hair just hits different. 🥰 Also the difference compared to a few years ago is quite visible, but as long as you feel comfortable in your body. 🥰 Just take care you don't get underweight. 🫂
