City Streets 60x60 - Battlemap

Hi all!

Today for your viewing pleasure I have the largest battlemap I have ever put togther, all 36,000 square feet of it!

City Streets is designed to be used again and again for any number of street brawls you can imagine.

Its divided into 4 sections: Back Alleys, Marketplace, Riverfront and Deadend.

Along with the massive base map I have included 1/4 maps for each 30x30 section.

I'd love to get your feedback and whether the larger battlemaps work for you or if you prefer smaller, more contained maps.

What's next this month?

Continuing our theme of City Encounters, I think a secret/hidden black market in the sewers would make for a cool dungeon. I am toying with the idea merging it with the floor plan for City Streets just incase your battles spill into the sewers :D

If you want to put idea forward for this or any other maps make sure to jump over to Discord and let us know.

Sorry for the slow reply! The 120x120 City is too big for Roll20 unfortunately as you can only go up to 99x99 grid size on that VTT. However the 4 separate maps that comprise the large map will certainly fit in Roll20. Thanks G

George Mason

did you get this into roll20?

Holy Pickle

Have people been able to load this into Roll20? Says file size is too large

Holy Pickle

atm The day version is the only one I have built but I am hoping to update to include all the the other version soon. Sorry for the delay!

George Mason

Is there a reason that the foundry module only has the day version? I also can't update it from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1. Thanks!

It is a shame people dont draw big maps like that. Of course it is very hard work, but big map leades to bit opportunities

Shut up and take my money dude, this is the best ciity map I have seen yet.

Magnificent! I will try this in Roll20 as is. My players just made it to a large City last session...very exciting.

The big map is certainly nice to be able to orient the smaller ones, but I certainly couldn't hope to be able to print that to 1" on a large format printer. For digital use I imagine some might be able to run a map that large in Roll20, but I nor my players could hope to use something that big without a huge hit on the system. Perhaps foundry doesn't see those issues, but for me and my game the smaller maps are a big win. Stellar battlemap BTW. I hope to use some of these when I run Red Hand of Doom sometime next year.
