Port Gladhurst - Settlement Map

Port Gladhurst lies at the northern end of The Talons archipelago. Originally established as a forward supply base for the Havenite Navy in 265AR. Over the proceeding several decades however the town fell into benign neglect as the Kingdom’s focus shifted to internal struggles that saw it drift out of the King’s control in favour of local governance.

That was until a century ago in 306AR when the King raised a great fleet to try and secure the region in order to spread their hegemony across the whole continent.

Port Gladhurst was expected to serve as a forward base for this advance but instead joined The Grand Accord, a loose coalition of completing local races and powers, contributing to the eventual destruction of the King’s Fleet.

The port has since remained fully independent and grown into a prosperous town practising an uneasy truce with the Kingdom of Haven and the former members of it’s own alliance.
