Last office update

In the next two weeks intend on releasing the last update to the office before moving onto the Gym. There is only one character left and since I hate myself I made her complex. You all met Terry before.
She/he has two options, femboy and not femboy as you chose when meeting them for the first time. Independent of those options you can choose to have her/him you have to stay like this or becoming busty and curvy. In case of femboy Terry that makes him a her and trans (or futanari depending on how you view the story).
There is more of course, some content added that is missing from other characters like sending Cathy to the mansion, the birth of the kid with Aria and a sprite system on HR.
