Characters like Cassidy and Pepper have been on hormones and also had an orchiectomy, so no testicles, but haven't transitioned further. I try to pull from reality to rep trans characters ( even if some of my drawings are still very fantasy) but hope this info helps! I'd definitely say if you're still wondering do some searches on transition medications and procedures!
