With a light blue suit, Ryan Gosling stepped out of the limousine and extended his hand to Brianna Evans. The woman put her hand on Ryan's and walked out of the limousine.

Brianna was wearing a sleeveless silver sequin A-line dress that reached below her knees. She looked gorgeous. Brianna was known for her great acting power, not for her looks. But tonight, she was indeed beautiful.

Brianna and Ryan had chemistry in the movie La La Land and some fans even shipped them in real life. However, Ryan and Rachel McAdams were dating so that would be impossible.

Ryan was just Brianna's partner for the Academy Awards tonight. Nothing deep was happening at all.

Both of them got nominations at Oscars so they were doing their great. Even Ryan's PR team was surprised when the actor received a nomination.

The two walked on the red carpet, posed for the camera, and then got interviewed by the reporters.

These scenes would be repeated by many celebrities tonight. This was a standard procedure whenever a red carpet was happening.

1.) A celebrity would step out of an expensive car, usually a limousine.

2.) He/She would wave at the fans. The fans would go crazy and scream his/her name.

3.) He/She would pose at the cameras that were blinding because of endless camera flashes.

4.) A reporter would interview him/her about the program. The celebrity would answer and then enter the theater.

However, unlike movie premieres, the pressure of stepping on the red carpet at the Academy Awards was different.

The 77th Academy Awards was broadcast by ABC Live. So not only the fans who attended the red carpet could watch the whole ordeal, but millions of people all over America were watching it live.

So if you made an embarrassing mistake, sure that millions of people would see it. Unless the TV network was currently airing commercials. Nonetheless, embarrassing scenes were something that reporters wanted to see. They loved writing articles. Some even went as far as fabricating stories.

Thousands of celebrities attended the 77th Academy Awards. Some were invited by the Academy Awards and received tickets while others were there to compete for the awards.

By the way, if a person got nominated or won an Oscar award, he was eligible to be a member of the Academy(AMPAS) without anyone sponsoring him.

If Ryan Gosling applied to be a member, he would easily pass.

With Brianna Evans holding Ryan's arm, showing their closeness, the two entered the Kodak Theater.

"Aww, they look sweet."

Scarlett 'aww' as she watched Ryan and Brianna wave at their fans before entering the theater. She was watching the program on television.

She didn't attend it, because she was not invited.

"You think so?" Kazir asked while drinking beer.

"Of course. Brianna is my friend and I want her to find her happiness... I haven't seen her dating anyone and I'm worried."

The two were watching the 77th Academy Awards in Scarlett's apartment.

This was their 3rd date, and Scarlett offered to cook dinner for the two of them in her house.

Kazir was not sure if this invitation had a deeper meaning, but he happily agreed. Her dishes were amazing and delicious.

The two just finished dinner which Kazir loved. He mostly ate junk food lately. Eating home-cooked meals was heaven-sent.

They both knew that tonight was the 77th Academy Awards so the television was on the whole time.

Kazir was friends with Fremont and Brianna, and so did Scarlett. The four of them were clients of Salvatore Barlowe so they met each other.

If Fremont and Brianna won their respective awards, then it would be a great boost for Salvatore. It would also help Scarlett indirectly since people would treat her seriously once they knew that she was Salvatore's client.

As for Kazir, well, Kazir didn't need any boost anymore. He was actually the booster at this point. He was the one who wrote La La Land after all. The script gave Fremont, Brianna, and Ryan their Academy Awards nominations.

Scarlett offered beer and Kazir thanked her. Since then, the two have been watching the program, drinking, and munching snacks.

Scarlett decided to forget about dieting tonight. Not when she and Kazir were having fun. The two were talking and laughing.

They were seated next to each other, with their skins scalding as they scraped by.

While the commercials were ongoing, the two were in their own world.

"I'm having fun, thanks Scarlett."

"Hm, me too." The woman nodded, blushing. Perhaps because of the alcohol or the zero distance between them, Scarlett was blushing.

Then, the two looked at each other's eyes. There was silence. Alcohol could make a person brave and it happened this time.

Scarlett leaned closer and kissed Kazir's lips. The man reacted and kissed her back. He put his hand behind her head while Scarlett hugged his neck.

"Mmm~"

The two shared a passionate kiss that lasted for more than a minute. Their tongues were playing, sharing saliva with no care. When their lips parted, they were breathless and intoxicated.

Scarlett giggled and bit her lower lip. The sensation still lingered on her lips.

Then, the 77th Academy Awards returned. Kazir and Scarlett giggled and watched the program. This time, Scarlett leaned against Kazir's shoulder as they watched. They were holding hands as the show introduced Chris Rock as the host of the Oscars.

This year's Academy Awards didn't have many heavy hitters so most of the topic was about La La Land, The Incredibles, and Spiderman 2.
