"Fuck this! All investment, for nothing!"
"Brother, you have to calm down."
Harvey Weinstein smashed the vase in his office. He was fuming mad. His brother, Bob Weinstein, tried to stop him from doing apeshit but fat Harvey was too hard to calm down.
"How can I calm down!?"
Harvey flipped the table causing more stuff to fall to the floor.
"We invest so much in this movie! We believe that we will win the Oscars!"
"I know. But we can't predict the future. Who knows that Titanic will have a strong influence over the Academy members?" Bob Weinstein retorted.
"Fuck Titanic! The critics said that the movie is a big disappointment! Then what happened? The box office of Titanic already surpassed 1 billion! I tell you this, movie critics are stupid! They are stupid!"
He was grinding his teeth in anger.
"Calm down. We stopped all of our investment when we realized that Titanic will fight for the Oscars. In a way, we prevent a bigger damage."
Indeed. Miramax lie-low in their PR once Titanic started showing power.
To be honest, Harvey was not mad at Titanic...
If there was one thing that he was mad at, it was Taken. It was all Kazir's fault!
'Kazir Grey! You fucking bastard!'
Miramax believe that they will get at least 2 awards but the reality was often disappointing.
Good Will Hunting only got one award. The Best Supporting Actor Award was won by Robert Williams.
Miramax believe that they will win the Best Original Screenplay but Kazir won it instead. It was a big slap for a Miramax that was known as the King of PR.
"Fuck! My cholesterol is shaking because of anger!"
He kicked the table... He almost slipped.
"Hah... Hah..." After throwing a fit, Harvey was breathing hard. His face was covered in oily sweat.
"... Contact some actresses, I want to have some fun."
"Okay."
"Tell them that I will cast them to our next project."
He sat down.
'Kazir Grey, this is not the end.'
..........
.......
...
"Matt, are you okay?"
Ben Affleck checked his friend who was depressed after what happened last night.
The two were the scriptwriters of Good Will Hunting. However, Matt Damon invested so much in this project. He was heavily affected by the result.
"I'm sad. What about you?" Matt Damon glanced at Ben Affleck.
"Same as you."
The two chuckled.
"Honestly, I thought I have a chance to win the Best Original Screenplay and Best Actor awards."
"Nah, you are too young to win the Best Actor award."
"Haha, maybe you are right."
The two became quiet for a minute. What happened at the Oscars was still fresh in their minds.
"I thought Good Will Hunting was our door to get famous." Matt Damon said while looking far away.
"We are just unlucky. Titanic is so strong while Taken is trending last week. Besides... We are not Jews."
"..."
"Anyway, it's not the time to be sad. In fact, I have to congratulate you. Congratulations on getting a role in Saving Private Ryan. So how scary Director Steven Spielberg is?" Ben Affleck joked.
"You don't want to know."
"Alright. Let's not think about it. We did our best... Besides, maybe we can cooperate with Director Grey."
"Yeah..."
Matt Damon had a complicated gaze but he knew the importance of building connection. It was already a miracle that he got a role in Saving Private Ryan.
"If they have another project, how about we audition for the important roles? We are both under CAA, fortunately."
.........
......
...
"Is everything ready?"
Kazir used his megaphone and asked. The crew gave him a go-signal.
"Cemetery scene, Act 7, Lights, Camera, Action!"
Using a sprinkler to make artificial rain in front of the camera, the whole scene looks bleak and depressing.
Everyone was wearing black clothes.
John Wick (Viggo Mortensen) was standing in front of a grave. He watched as the coffin of her wife slowly descended to the ground.
Holding a black umbrella, his eyes never leave the grave.
Time passed until only a few people remained at the funeral.
"John, I'm sorry for your lost."
Raizo(Enzo Park), a ninja who was hiding from his organization attended the funeral for his friend.
"Raizo, this place is not safe for you."
"I know."
After that two lines, the man walked away into the dark, completely disappearing.
"I guess Raizo feels indebted to you."
Suddenly, another man showed up.
"Marcus..."
"It's been a while. My condolence... How are you?"
"I keep asking, why her."
The two talked for a while.
"John, don't blame yourself."
There was a pause in their conversation before John Wick asked him.
"What are you really doing here, Marcus?"
"... Just checking on my old friend."
The rain didn't stop pouring.
"Cut! Let's retake this scene! Marcus, I mean, William, try smiling at that last line. Just a slight smile."
"I understand, Director."
"Throw more water to the ground! Make the place look wet. That spot is dry, put some water there."
It would be awkward if some spots of the place were dry even though it was 'raining'. This kind of problem should be not shown in the camera.
The filming was already 3/4 done. It would take at least one week before the whole filming end. Everyone in the crew was happy. As for the cast, they were quite surprised because they didn't expect it to be fast.
Kazir Grey was efficient as always, and the cast realized it.
Well, Hong Kong movies could be finished in a month. There was nothing strange if Grey Pictures could do it as well.

Looks like we have our Jason Bourne.
