Black market and auction

I am tweaking the auction hall ๐ค, although some of the functions are still only on the list of future updates (like the ability for a player to buy other people's lots ๐ค), filling the main street of the black market with NPCs and props.
I hope to have a version compiled by the end of the month ๐
