Iris and Constance: You decide

Both endings will be exaggerated, but I'm interested which way you want the most. In both cases, Iris' fate is sealed and she becomes a fattened blob. However, it depends on the method, and I'll leave it to you to choose.
In the first option, Constance decides to take it easy and make sure that Iris sleeps a lot. When Iris recovers one day, she will realize this betrayal, but it will be too late. Constance will be happy, rested, and her revenge will be fulfilled.
In the second option, Iris will realize what a pleasure this whole situation is for her and will stop bothering her that she is gaining weight, will start to feel like a goddess and will use Constance's willingness to the maximum. Constance's revenge will turn against her and she will have to serve Iris' twisted vision beyond the limits of her powers.
