5 of you chose "Reader's Choice" with Richard suggesting that I do a Calendar based on love. That's a really sweet suggestion, and I was absolutely moved. As a compromise, I will include some blue couples in the Calendar! John challenged me to challenge myself. I assure you, choosing my favorite blue paintings is a challenge! I'm hyper critical of myself.

42 selected Brandon Blue. Douglas Adams said it was the answer to the meaning of life, the universe, and everything. While there is some debate on the topic, if you include my selection (of course I chose Brandon Blue) the consensus has been chosen! Congratulations 2021 Calendar!

The Netflix Show "Love, Death, and Robots" has an episode called Zima Blue. In this piece, renowned artist Zima reflects on his mysterious past and rise into the spotlight before revealing his final piece. The episode was filled with beautiful blue colors, which caused a number of friends to recommend me seeing the show. 

Because of this, I thought it was fitting to call this Calendar Brandon Blue. I don't have cover art for it yet but I edited a new photo of Tyler Hooten (above) and Seth Powers (below) to celebrate the announcement!

If you're curious about the actual brand/color, It's Wolfe FX Metallic Blue. I've been using it  since 2013, and it follows me wherever I go. It was even in Best Tardy's Tarot Debut:

Although I'm out of my Blue Period (I don't believe it), I invite you to remember some favorites, which includes new photos which have never seen the light of day.
