Working on the Levels

So, this may or may not be exciting but I am beginning to set up all the levels for the game and the good news is getting the core layout of each level shouldn't take too long due to a couple of modular systems I built during the making of the first level/demo. Now the reason I say this may not be exciting is because the main focus is getting the frame for all the levels done. This means all the levels will start a bit of a Backrooms game for a bit.

Each level will feature a bunch of empty 25x25 size rooms of a single color and the only things you will see in the levels are the Sanity Orbs, Buttons/Switches, and the Pathways that connect each room.

So while you can play and even complete each level there won't be anything exciting about playing through them. Now reason I am doing this and not just focusing on one level is I want to be sure that the systems that manage, keep track, and connect all the levels work flawlessly and these systems require at least the basic framework of the levels to function. Plus it's better to have the frameworks on all the levels set from the start rather than build them from scratch each time I begin working on the next one.

Anyway, once the frameworks for each level are complete my test has shown that the connections and management of all these levels work fine. Then it'll be time to go through each level and properly mold them into the levels full of obstacles and puzzles you expect to see in the final build of the game.

So yeah in a few days, I'll probably release an early access build of Wrapturous Adventure [BACKROOMS EDITION] for my high-tier supporters with $5 supporters get access a week or 2 later. Again sorry this might not be the most exciting build for the game, but hope you all understand and can be patient cause the fun stuff will be coming.
