Update on the situation with Deepdive season 3 episode 1: I've made 4 versions with pretty aggressive edits to get rid of the 10 sections that get the video blocked worldwide due to copyright claims but it hasn't really worked. Yesterday I was trying to put more leaves falling on top of the episode clips for a new version and the leaf particle effect stopped working again (which was my worst fear) so now that was the last thing I thought about when I went to sleep and the first thing I thought about when I woke up today. I'm stressed. At this point I don't know how I can fix these issues and I'll just have to keep battling both my editing software and Youtube. I saw some news that from July 17th on Youtube is changing its policies to no longer monetise low effort channels that use AI or repost stuff so this new copyright system might be linked to that. I'll just have to try a bunch of things. I'm frustrated that it's almost been a full week since I finished the first version and I'm still no closer to being able to post anything. I wish I remembered how I fixed the leaves last time, because of course I didn't write it down...
