Changing Patreon!

We have some news about changes to patreon. For a couple years now this has been a vital part of paying the bills, but as inflation ravages us all and people are justifiably unable to support us through this platform, we have decided to change direction for what we're doing. 

THIS IS NOT THE END OF OUR PATREON, IT'S A RESTRUCTURING OF THE PATREON AS OF OCTOBER 1ST AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RIGHT NOW. We just wanted to give heads up! 

First, we love and appreciate all the support you folks have given. It's been amazing and unbelievable the kindness of you each! Thank you so much.

Nonetheless, as we change and we change direction, we will be using the patreon as a place to archive bonus content for things like the band, and the Death of the Hitchhiker, or any other projects like that in the future. The current weekly support and content drops will be changing. We will not be removing any content, but we will also no longer be doing quite a few things. The patreon will become, as of October, an archival place for our Death of the Hitchhiker podcast and our older demos.

What does that mean? It means the Vagrant Cast will be over as of October. It means the mini magazines will no longer be created, and the quarterly photo zines will no longer be made. With our shift in tactics, we no longer will have time to deliver these content drops to you all. Everything that was already made will still be available to the various tiers, and there will still be content dropping all the way to October, but afterwards the patreon will be going quiet. 

We will still leave it up for you all to access the stuff if you'd like, but basically it means that the patreon will be a place where you can choose to support us every month, but it won't be the same constant flow of content. If that means you're going to leave, we understand! If you paid for a yearly subscription, we will gladly give you a refund if you'd like--- but only after October. Until October 1st, the patreon will continue running as normal. But afterwards it will take more of an archival position in our work. Thank you all for your support over the years, we will be using the extra time gained to create, what we hope, will be less art, but of significantly higher value. That is our intention. We hope to keep making wild art forever, and we are setting ourselves up for long term success right now, which was always our goal.
