HD art has been implemented. All supporter versions from here forward will have a toggle that will switch between our original pixel art and the HD art. Some HD art assets are still in our backlog, but we're intending to get them out in the next release or two.
New GIFs related to the Sex Skills that will appear in the pop-ups and elsewhere indicating when they've been used or might be used.
Rear-view of our Doll (currently HD only) which occurs in certain...situations that Claire might find herself.
We've expanded on the relationships that Claire can have. Emphasis on relationship in the truest meaning of the word.
Does she have a long-standing relationship?
Does it end with High School? Does it continue longer?
Does she find someone new later to fill that role?
Does her behavior change her connection to relationships, making them more tenuous and less important to her?
Does the mission wear on her, potentially breaking her because of what it's requiring her to do despite having someone that she loves back home?
To wit, we're tracking Claire's view on relationships that can evolve based on her choices. We're tracking whether she's cheating, cheated on, committed, free, or reluctantly continuing her relationship. We're tracking how often she cheats and giving the opportunity for her to choose to continue or leave the relationship because of her choices.
All three Quick Start Claires are currently not involved in relationships. At least a couple choices of Quick Start Claires in the future will have a significant other back home.
We've reorganized the Prologue slightly so that choices are more in line with their effects (specifically choices regarding her extracurricular life, HSVs). <<This is thanks to valuable and clear input from players! Thank you!
Hints have been added to some earlier Prologue choices to help guide newer players in their choices.
As always, we recommend a fresh save to avoid some of the more damning bugs -- this will be the case as long as we're tinkering and expanding on the Prologue and gameplay mechanics. We apologize, but we do hope it's making for a more robust and fun gaming experience overall!
In other, sadder news, we've had to end our Boosty page due to issues between them and payment providers. It's probably due to the political-economic climate, but who knows. This affected only a small, small minority of players, and we apologize for that inconvenience.
