My back and hip pain are acting up again, oof. I was sitting working and playing games too much over the weekend, so I'm not surprised it happened, but I'm def like, irritated and upset that it did! I feel like a fool, aaah.
Regardless, doing what I can to take care of it and keep up with stuff. Still eager to feel "caught up" with work this month! I wanna get things done, how is it already the 9th! AAAH!

Thankfully I have some stuff I can do that I know helps and I've already seeing some improvement, just gotta stay consistent and give it some time!!! >:)
