A different kind of model 96

 It was late at night when Samuel finally came home after another long photoshoot. The sound of his high heels clicking on the floor caught the attention of Mia and Greta, who were still awake working on a college project.

"What's wrong, Sam?" Mia asked. "You don't look okay."

"G-girls" Samuel stammered, extremely distressed. "This charade has to end now! I can't keep being a model!"

"Calm down, dear" Greta said. "We know that you are not happy with this situation, but until we can think of a way to cancel the contract you signed..."

"No, you do not understand!" Samuel cried out. "I can't delay it any longer! Something terrible happened tonight!"

Mia and Greta looked at each other concerned. "Why don't you sit down, Sam. Try to relax a bit and then you can explain what's going on."

"The thing is..." Samuel started, "Marco Abano, the owner of the company I'm modelling for... Well, he asked me out."

"What?!" Greta exclaimed. "How did this happen?"

"At the end of the photoshoot, he came to my dressing room and asked to speak to me alone. He then once again praised my performance... He said I was the best model he'd ever worked with and that sort of thing... After that, the conversation started to get weird... He said that I was a very beautiful woman, and that he knew this wasn't a very professional attitude but he'd like to know if I'd accept an invitation to go out with him... On a date! He even said that he thought he was in love with me!"

"Oh my gosh! And what did you say?" Mia asked. 

"What did I say? What do you think? I said that I was sorry but I couldn't, and then I ran away out of there as quickly as possible! Luckily I had already changed my clothes, but I didn't even have time to take off the makeup I used during the photoshoot! Now you see? I can't keep working for a man who is in love with me! I just can't! This... This is too dangerous!"

The three of them were silent for a while, not knowing what to say next.

“Umm… Maybe now that he has said all those things I can ask for the contract cancellation in a court? You know, for harassment?” Samuel asked, hopefully.

"I don't know... He didn't exactly harass you, right? He just asked you out. It wasn't like he had tried to kiss you by force or something. And such a lawsuit could drag on forever, and you'd be forced to remain as Samantha all this time. This isn't something you want, right?"

"Of course not! But what am I going to do then?" Samuel asked, desperate.

"Well..." Greta started, slowly. "I have an idea, but I don't think you'll like it either."

"I don't have a lot of options, right? Tell me what you have in mind!"

"I think you should accept his invitation. You must go out with him."

"What?!! Are you crazy? That's exactly what I'm trying to avoid here!"

"Just think about it for a moment, honey. He said he's in love with you, isn't it true? If he starts believing that this feeling is reciprocal, it'll be much easier to persuade him to do what you want. You can start dating him, and then, after some time, you can say that this relationship will only have a future if you stop working for him... You don't want people thinking you got a job as a model just because you're the brand owner's girlfriend. If he really likes you, he’ll accept your terms. Obviously, for this to work, he needs to believe that you really are in love with him! After that, 'Samantha' can disappear."

"This is insane, Greta! Insane! Just like when you two convinced me to go to a plastic surgeon only to hide my penis and look at my body now!"

"Well, that was just an idea, Sam. You don't have to do this if you don't want to. But maybe this is the big chance you were waiting for to be Samuel again. Who knows when you will have another opportunity like this one..."
