[Preview] Upcoming v1.3.1 Features

I am happy to present Version 1.3.1 of the TOTK Randomizer! This update is smaller due to the Switch 2 launch. It comes with good optimizations and a few changes & bugfixes. Please note that there are no thorough preview screenshots due to the nature of the changes.

As for changes, Sheep, Snails and Squirrels now spawn in slightly less crowded amounts and Little Frox now drop fewer items upon death. Also, the forced environmental change after leaving the Room of Awakening will no longer occur if the respective Randomizer Cycle feature has been disabled beforehand.

As for bugfixes, a bug has been fixed where the battle themes of randomly spawned Hinoxes and Stone Taluses were playing even though the player was not fighting them - this annoyed me quite a bit - I am glad that I was able to fix that one.

As for optimizations, the memory usage of the spawn system code has been greatly optimized (~ 300 KB saved) and the memory usage of randomly spawned actors has been optimized as well (~ 6 KB saved) which should help in regards to panic blood moons. General code optimization made it too, as well as the removal of unnecessary code.
