The middle of this season was something else. Usually in the first season you get to know the characters and little more of the plot...nope not with Ozark. Ozark is one of those unique shows where in the first season all of the things are happening. Great reaction per usual. Sending y'all peace and love!

Great reaction! Jason Bateman is one of my favorite actors. If you want to watch some of his movies, I highly recommend Game Night also with Rachel McAdams and also Identity Thief with Melissa McCarthy. Both hilarious movies!

Been a fan of Jason Bateman since Little House - yes, I’m that old. 😆 His most underrated performance though is in a movie called Bad Words from 2013 which he directed and starred in. To me it’s hands down his best work along with Ozark. Oh and his little cameo in Dodgeball is hysterical.

I liked the ending of Seinfeld. It was hilarious and very fitting imo. The Sopranos is another story. It’s still my favorite dramatic series, though.

Lost is an amazing show I hope someone cool reacts to it soon. People complain about certain aspects of certain shows. They say The Sopranos ending was bad, and Seinfeld, the best sitcom ever had a bad ending. STILL an all time great and nothing will ever come close to Seinfeld. Even with the shitty ending. Curb Your Enthusiasm was really good the 1st few seasons.

This first season and second season were so good, but the third season was decent and last season was really a let down… hence why people call this show a discount Breaking Bad. I’ll watch along with y’all to the end but there needs to be more time when voting for a new show

Hey Asia 'n BJ, Correction, meant "Jason" Bateman has been working since he was a little boy, teenager, etc. ( I edited as I original noted him as "Justin" which was his actress sister and her name is actually spelled "Justine". She did not continue acting into adulthood but worked with Michael J. Fox on hit tv show "Family Ties"). Anyway back to Jason Bateman, he began as a child on the 1970's -1980'sTV show Little House on The Prairie from 1981 to 1982 and a few other shows. He is married to the daughter of singer Paul Anka. You guys reacted to Paul's song "Put Your Head On My Shoulder" from the early 1960.

I’ve always loved Jason Bateman. You can’t tell by this role but he is extremely funny. He has perfect comedic timing. The big revelation here is that he is also a very good director. I believe he directs the last episode of this season and a few others during the 4 season run. If you have time go to YT and watch a cute little interview he did on The Johnny Carson show when he was 15. 😀 Just type in Johnny Carson Jason Bateman. There’s also a funny one from when he was 19.

There's a Led Zeppelin song called Darlene, and they repeat her name like this in the chorus. If you read the lyrics though, they're singing about a much different woman than our Darlene on Ozark. lol

To answer your question at the end, Jason Bateman (Marty) is best known for the show Arrested Development, which was very funny and ran for five seasons. He was also in a film called Extract which I thought was really good. Written and directed by Mike Judge, who created Beavis and Butt-Head, King of the Hill, Office Space, Silicon Valley, etc.
