Yes! I’m so glad you got to this one this weekend. I think someone else mentioned that Tony was there to kill his mother. As for the stroke, my grandmother would have these mini strokes where she never lost consciousness and could somewhat communicate right after. So, totally possible that his mom could understand and smile at him. Also of note, the lead FBI guy who wired Green Grove and played the tapes for Tony is Frank Pellegrino, who was one of the co-owners of Rao’s restaurant here in NYC. It’s one of the most exclusive restaurants in the city. He used to joke that he couldn’t get a table at his own restaurant.

Couple quick things: - Silvio made a comment that they don’t know if Pussy is dead or alive. He seems to be missing ever since that incident with Paulie in the locker room - The guy Tony shot at the marina was Chucky. He was in Junior’s crew with Mikey. Chucky was the one who shot the first pair that tried to get Tony, after Junior overheard one say that he heard even Tony’s mother wants him dead - I think Christopher walked out of the room bc, in his mind, men don’t go to therapy, bc it’s a sign of weakness. He looks up to Tony so much that he couldn’t believe what he was hearing. - The effects of a stroke can vary widely depending on how bad it was, so we don’t what kind of state Livia is in.
