It'd be interesting to ask about Captain Cynthia and/or Vaughn, especially on a Beka playthrough where they're especially antagonizing, and given the start of the book 2 demo 👀 (trying to be good and merciful, but those characters really test my willpower; absolutely gonna end up with some corruption for killing them if it becomes possible 🙃)

Since Hadrian is my main RO, I would probably ask something Hadrian's leaving the templars.Like why did he? What happened and caused him to leave? I mean it's hard not to be curious. But it seems everyone's past is shrouded in mystery.

I would probably ask about lands outside of the few Romanus had been to. Especially for one interested in lore and history.

I think my character would not trust a single word would actually be true, and would super-double-triple not trust that if I asked about anything that it would be in confidence. i.e. "Where can I get a good burger?" would just be information about me that would get sold along later to someone who would ambush me while I'm trying to have lunch. Hence, I think I'd either ask something flippant ("What's in my pocket?") or intended to get under his skin ("You smell like rotting onions, when is the last time you bathed?")

It would strongly depend on which MC I'm playing with XD My Hadrian RO MC would ask about Vallen - because she's super sus. My Alain/Bella MCs would obviously want to know more about the Theers. My Pirate playthrough obvsly is interested in the pirate. I personally find the question about Julianna super interesting, so would definitely choose that on one playthrough. I guess I would like to ask all those questions eventually 😆

There are tons of little things I could think to ask about, like both strange encounters at the Market, the sea creature and the prophet, but if I only had one question, those would never be options I picked. I think your 6 cover the biggest mysteries and plot points in the story so far.
