You can now watch from 141 - 151 (Manga arc, but the weakest) and then follows an anime canon arc 157-176 - you CAN skip it but ... its a really good good extra introduction to the following manga arc (episode 177 - 220) I'd recommend watching 141 - 220 (skip 152-156 filler slop) all the way (I also recommend this guide https://www.reddit.com/r/Naruto/comments/tc8art/how_to_watch_boruto_complete_boruto_episode_guide/) Kara actuation is a really solid anime canon arc!
