My head lolls to one side as my body unfurls from its pained state.
And I find myself staring into the wide, dead, open eyes of a stranger.
Choices:
#Scrabble away from the corpse in a panic.
#Check their pulse to make sure they are actually dead.
#Try not to panic and remain calm.
#Poke the body gingerly…just in case.

Definitely quite the situation to throw the MC into straight out of the gate, but they do say start as you mean to go on, right? ;D
