Putting aside how the anime made him stand in one spot for most of the fight, the powers of aging wouldn't be beaten easily by ordinary charcters in this verse. Then u also have the fact that he has a time slowing barrier around him+ he outsped soi fon who is considered the fastest captain in the gotei 13. So it's reasonable why barragon was able to become king of hueco mundo.
