In this case there wasn't any specific request for her, so I went through a few dozen ideas until settling on one which looked like she was enjoying herself the appropriate amount. Though there are a whole bunch of 'happy' Sally Slater images now which just need a bit of touching up, which I thought could make a fun sequel series where Sally has learned to behave.
