The Wayhaven Chronicles — Update+ 06/June/2019

Early update this week as I will be going on vacation tomorrow!

This week was a super busy one, but I still managed to plough through writing too!

I got two of the other LI scenes done, so when I get back I only have one more, then the end branches, then that's Chapter 11 finished!

And when I get back from vacation, I'll be writing full time (ahhhhhh!!!!!!!) so hopefully things will really heat up then on speed, hehe :D

I've managed to schedule a couple of asks each weekday on Tumblr while I'm away, as well as a Character Q&A question each day (including the weekend) for those of $5 tier and above, so hopefully you guys won't be left with nothing while I'm gone!

So yeah, a manic week but still a busy one for writing. Things are going to be very different when I get back too, which I am seriously excited for, but I'm glad for a break beforehand to help refresh me again!

For Update+ this week, I thought I'd share a bit more of a spoilery snippet for Adam/Ava's route from Chapter 7 today:

There's barely a gap between us, but it feels like my heart is hammering against ${a_his} in that small space.

The annoyance that had caught on ${a_his} face turns to intensity. Not the usual kind—it's an intensity of feeling that shines out through those pale green eyes that even I can see through.

The carnival fades away to silence; the lights fade into blurs; the crowds fade into distant memory.

It's just us.

Nothing but us.
