Homeless Spiderman test chapter

A.N: Once again, not writing anything yet, just a test chapter.

Plot: The Avengers end up meeting with a very different Spiderman. Follow the journey of a homeless Peter Parker with nothing left to lose.

Scene 1:

"Cap, we're getting pinned down here," Hawkeye grunted before shooting an arrow into the air, the arrow curved and headed down towards the Chitauri soldiers, exploding it as it made contact, taking out several of them. Hawkeye quickly ducked down next to Black Widow, the two of them hiding behind a car whilst the remaining soldiers continued shooting at them.

"What makes you say that?" Captain America asked sarcastically before throwing his shield, it bounced off several soldiers before returning to his hand. He used his vibranium shield to block some more blasts before he was able to hide behind some rubble. "Thor," Cap said into his earpiece. "What's the situation upstairs?" He asked.

"I've taken down one of Loki's bigger monsters. Captain Rogers, you will not be able to keep this up for longer." Thor warned.

"We'll last long enough," Cap said stubbornly.

"You sure about that?" Black Widow asked, briefly popping outside of their car shield to shoot down a couple of Chitauri soldiers and just as quickly returning to cover.

"We'll last," Cap repeated. "Thor, keep doing the best you can. Stark, talk to me."

"Well, Cap," Tony Stark AKA Iron Man replied. "I have good news and bad news. The good news is that Loki's army is down a crapton of soldiers, the bad news is they seem to have a lot more."

"Is Banner here?" Tony asked hopefully.

"Not sure, why?"

"Keep me posted, I think that Loki's got a bigger plan and...holy shit!"

"Stark?!" Cap called. "What's going on?!" He yelled.

"It looks like we've got some backup and it's heading your way."

"Stark? What do you mean?! Is it Shield?"

"I don't think so, Cap."

"Then who is it?"

"You'll see in a second," Tony told him. "Look for something skinny and dressed in red."

"What?!"

"Um...Cap," Hawkeye called. "I think I spotted our backup." He told him before pointing up into the air.

Diving down towards them was an individual dressed in black boots, black trousers, a grey shirt and a red hooded jacket. He had messy, shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes and along with his get-up, he also appeared to have a red bandana covering the lower half of his face. The individual raised an arm and what looked like a white wire shot out from his wrist and latched onto the side of a building.

He swung forwards before picking up an entire car with a wire from his other wrist and tossed it at the remaining Chitauri soldiers before landing between Captain America and the other two.

"So, a typical day in Manhatten, huh?" He asked as he looked at the three.

"Spiderman," Black Widow breathed.

"Spiderman?" Captain America repeated.

"Fury's taken an interest in him," Black Widow added, sounding as if that explained all that needed to be explained.

"You're just a kid," Cap blurted out.

"And you're just old," Spiderman shot back before turning to the other two. "What's going on here?" Spiderman asked.

"Alien invasion," Hawkeye shrugged.

"Figures," He sighed before he started walking. "You guys do your thing, I'll go and do mine." He said just as Cap caught sight of the black spider logo on his back.

Scene 2:

"This guy kicks ass," Tony said, he along with Cap and Fury stood in a room while an unconscious Spiderman lay down on a table in front of them. "I mean...he should have a haircut and needs a long shower, but apart from that, kicks ass.

"This guy is a kid," Cap pointed out. "How old is he? Thirteen?"

"Fifteen," Fury answered. "His name is Peter Parker."

"Awfully small for a fifteen-year-old," Tony noted. "Where's the kid's parents?"

"Dead," Fury told him.

"Closest relatives?" Cap asked hopefully.

"Dead." Fury repeated.

"How much exactly do you know about this kid?" Tony asked with narrowed eyes.

"I've been keeping an eye out for him," Fury admitted. "A lot of people want to study him, see what makes him tick."

"And you?" Cap asked.

"I want to help him before he kills himself," Fury answered honestly just before Peter started moving, mumbling under his breath.

"He's starting to wake," Tony said.

"Peter," Cap called. "Wake up," He said, placing a hand on Peter's shoulder. Peter let out a gasp, his eyes shot wide open before he leapt into the air and stuck himself to the ceiling, letting out several pained and sharp gasps.

"Well, at least he's awake," Tony said dryly.

Scene 3:

"I can't believe it."

Deep in the sewers of New York, sat a group of children in one of the few dry spots they could find. Their clothes could be described as second-hand and scruffy at best, their ages ranged from seven to fourteen, an even mix of boys and girls. A bunch of books and board games were scattered around them.

"Everyone is saying that Peter's an Avenger!" A seven-year-old girl said, waving a newspaper with a picture of Spiderman.

"What does that even mean?" A boy that was the same age, asked.

"It means he's a superhero!" The girl screamed excitedly. "He's going to go around and start saving people and fighting villains."

"He does that anyway," A ten-year-old boy pointed out.

"Yeah, but now he's a proper hero," The girl said smugly with an air of authority. "That means we know a proper hero."

"Oh boo-hoo," A fourteen-year-old girl muttered. "It's not good news, you know,"

"Why's that?" The young girl said, glaring at her.

"Because now, he's going to leave us and start hanging out with those rich pricks like Tony Stark." The girl glared back, crossing her arms.

"He is a bit of a prick," A familiar voice called out.

"Peter!" The seven-year-old girl screamed happily as Peter came back in, crawling on the ceiling. "I knew you'd come back!" She said, sending a superior look to the other girl who held her hands up in surrender.

"Okay, okay, I can admit when I'm wrong." The older girl said. "Good to see you, Pete. What's the story upstairs?"

"Big bald prick with an eye-patch tried to recruit me, Tony Stark did the same and asked to study me. Then I had Captain America himself try to lecture me, so all in all, pretty good." He said as he dropped down to the floor before pulling out several wads of money and tossing it to the kids.

"Wicked!" The youngest boy grinned. "Where did you get this?"

"Kingpin," Pete grinned, removing his bandana. "Figures he owed me some after he tried to slice me with a sword."

"Makes sense," The girls both agreed.

Comments

I love it, hope it becomes a proper story

Jay

Look forward to seeing this as an actual storyline, unlike anything on fanfiction I can find; at least with proper punctuation, and grammer.

Looks great
