story test chapter

Plot: In a world run by death eaters, Rose Weasley stumbles upon the one man that even they wouldn't mess with.

"Buggering shite!" Rose cursed as a red beam shot over her head, lighting up the night sky, and obliterated a tree in front of her, she jumped over a large rock before she continued running. She sent a spell behind her at the three death eaters chasing after her which ended up cutting one of them in the arm.

"Bitch!" The man cursed before he sent a torture curse at her, one that just narrowly missed clipping her arm. "Get her!"

"Don't get her!" Rose yelled before a leg-locking spell hit her in the legs, causing her to fall forwards and land on her face. "Damn it!" She quickly spun herself onto her back and cast a shield charm that blocked the body bind spell that had been shot towards her.

"Nowhere to run, half-blood!" One of the death eaters grinned as they stopped a short distance behind her.

"What you going to do now?" Another taunted.

"Let's kill the bitch," Growled the one that had been hit with a cutting curse.

"You will not be killing anyone." A high-pitched voice declared before all of a sudden a house elf popped in and now stood in-between Rose and the death eaters. Everyone blinked as they stared at the elf that was not wearing a pillow case as most do, but was instead wearing a full black butler's uniform.

"What the hell?" The death eaters all collectively blurted out.

"I am Dobby, Dobby the house elf," The elf announced to the death eaters. "And you are trespassing, leave now." He ordered. Rose blinked and stared at the now identified Dobby, surprised not just by how he dressed, but also his lack of broken English and the fact that a mere house elf had just told death eaters to get out.

"And what if we don't?" One of the death eaters sneered, only to suddenly jump when a growling noise was heard.

In an instant, several pairs of red eyes became visible from the darkness of the shadows, the growls grew larger and larger. Eventually, a dog stepped out of the shadows, but not an ordinary dog, for ordinary dogs didn't have horns growing out of their head. The dog stopped by Dobby and continued growling even as Dobby gently placed an arm on the dog's side.

"I would ask that you gentlemen please take a look around and realise where you are." Dobby grinned before gesturing to one of the trees around him, everyone looked at the tree and a look of shock appeared on their faces when they saw the lightning bolt etched into it.

"Shit!" One of the death eaters cursed. "We need to get out of here."

"What about the girl?" The cut death eater protested.

"Forget the girl!" The other death eater snapped. "We need to get out of here before Potter finds us here!" He growled before glaring at the girl. "Another day, girl." He spat before they all portkeyed away.

-

"Good girl," Rose smiled as she petted the little Cerberus cub in front of her before she put him back in his enchanted pen.

Currently, she found herself standing in Mr Potter's barn, it was magically enchanted, of course, it had to be to store all the magical creatures that resided here. There were hippogriffs, griffins, various species of magical and non-magical birds and snakes, bowtruckles and hell hounds to name a few.

"How adorably cute," A voice drawled, Rose looked up and her heart nearly jumped out of her chest when she saw none other than Lord Voldemort himself standing in front of her. She jumped to her feet and fearfully took a few steps back when she felt her back bump into something. She looked over her shoulder and stared up at the face of Harry Potter. His short beard shaped his face nicely and when combined with his messy hair, drew attention to his emerald green eyes. "A friend of yours?" Voldemort asked Harry.

"I thought I made it clear that I don't want you on my property," Harry said, his voice the perfect picture of calmness.

"I assure you, I take no joy in being here," Voldemort sniffed. He was about to say more when a growl was heard, Voldemort and Rose looked past Harry and saw what had just entered the barn. Voldemort flinched while Rose gasped and froze as she saw a nundu calmly walking towards them. Rose took a couple of steps back when the nundu stopped next to Harry whose head only reached up to it's chin.

"My friend is not really happy with you being here," Harry said calmly as if one of the most dangerous creatures in creation was not standing right behind him. "State your business and leave."

"The girl," Voldemort gritted out after a long pause. "She has defied me for too long and my death eaters chased her here. Give her to me."

"Tempting as it might be," Harry drawled. "I think not. I am not in the habit of tossing away my employees to dark lords."

"Employee?" Voldemort repeated.

"Exactly," Harry nodded. "Now leave my property."

"I'm not accustomed to being refused," Voldemort glared at him. Harry simply raised an eyebrow before he walked past Rose and stopped right in front of Voldemort, their faces an inch away from each other.

"Get used to disappointment." Harry bluntly ordered, staring him right in the eyes.

"You've stayed out of this war, are you really going to let yourself be dragged into this for a little girl?" Voldemort sneered.

"I've stayed out of this war, do you really want to risk me being dragged into for a little girl?" Harry said, giving him a challenging look. The two stared at each other for several moments before Voldemort snarled and spun around, Rose watched with disbelief as the most feared dark lord of all time stormed away.

"That was amazing,"

"Not really kid," Harry snorted. "Now, go and finish your work." He ordered before he walked out while the nundu obediently followed after him.

-

"I don't care!" Rose Weasley snapped at her parents.

"Rose Weasley! I will not tolerate this kind of attitude!" Hermione admonished.

"Then don't!" Rose yelled. "Either way, I'm not staying here."

"Of course, you are," Ron snorted. "Where else are you going to go?"

"I'm going to go and stay at Harry's place."

"Absolutely not!" Both parents yelled.

"Why not?!" Rose demanded. "He's been more of a parent to me than you two have been!"

"Take that back!" Ron demanded.

"No! He's a better dad to me than you are!" She glared at him before turning to Hermione. "And if you had any brains then he should have been the one that you had married." She snapped before she turned and ran out of the room.

From this chapter it doesn't read like it would or should be a very long story but it does read like it would be a good story.

So far I can definitely say I really like what I see, and I would be excited to read more of the story.

Is this a new story in the works . Love it

This would be cool, is the scenario that harry and Voldemort realized that if they didn’t actively try to kill each other they would both be immortal
