First, Thank you for your sincere advice. For the genitals, I'm using inpaint to enhance the shape when it's a frontal composition, but I'm not using it everywhere yet because it can look unnatural in other cases. I'm currently working on a LoRA that I've trained on several angles, and if it looks good, I plan to apply it as soon as it's ready. Also, the hand problem is not as simple as people think. It's a common problem for many AI waifu generators, and one that has yet to be fully solved. There are limitations to implementing full hand shapes via controlnet depth maps, and the same is true for openpose hand. Nevertheless, I'm currently trying to model to get the desired hand shape using tools other than stable diffusion (e.g. designdoll, clip studio pro). However, I'm not sure if I'll be able to achieve a solution in the short term, and I plan to stick with my current way of working for a while. Stay tuned to see how things improve over time.
