I would have a double punishment. I would have Bob being forced to fix Gervy body as much as possible. Not undo, because I don't think he can, but give him back control of his body. Let Gervy change from Wolf to Dragon body to Chimera body whenever he wants, and give him wings on the dragon side, so he can fly with Vlagg. Have the new pervy sports of his body working, but also restore the use of the old ones (but keep the lactation). That way, Gervy could choose what he wants for his life, and he can chose to be by Vlagg's side. Then let Gervy use Bob as a punch bag for a bit. Or a bit more than a bit. Have Gervy do something to lock Bob's magic away.
