When I lost my smile…

People used to tell me that they loved my vlog because of how happy positive and smiling I always am.

I lost that for awhile. I allowed the world’s trolls and haters to pierce my heart with their negativity and harassment because they didn’t believe in what I do nor did they view the world as I do.

I believe the world is a beautiful place filled with kindness and love, compassion and equality, empathy and success. I believe in the freedom of expression and the freedom of speech and creativity.

Just because someone else doesn’t have your viewpoints or opinions, just because someone doesn’t like you, the way you look or your personality doesn’t mean you are not worthy of love and respect.

I’ve recently been diving into the world of spirituality and Mother Nature, healing our earth and more. I’ve realized now after a slight depression and high anxiety from social media that it isn’t me that needs to change it’s the world that needs to change.

I’m an innovator. I’m here to help make this world a better place for my children and families and women. I’m here to support breastfeeding and motherhood. I’m here to support equal rights for women. Without controversy there is no change. Without standing up for rights we lose them.

One of my spiritual leaders and influencers in my life Dr. Wayne Dyer said "What other people think of me is none of my business. One of the highest places you can get to is being independent of the good opinions of other people"

On my spiritual path I’ve learned so much! I know now my mission in this life is to change the world. So here I am.

I found my smile again and my love for life and remembering the reason why I breastfeed my children is to give them everything they need to live a healthy life. It doesn’t matter if anyone else thinks “they’re too old to breastfeed” “you’re disgusting” “why would you film this? Gross” that’s no longer any of my business whatsoever.

Filming a mother feeding her child the way nature intended is the exact same thing to me as people who film their children drinking from a bottle, eating baby food, etc; except that FORMULA has been found toxic, BOTTLES are made from chemicals and pollute the earth, nipples are made of silicones or rubber and baby food has been linked to autism and neurological damage.

Breastmilk prevents certain types of cancer builds a strong immune system, breastfeeding from the source builds closeness of a parent to child bond of love, comfort and trust. It regulates body temperature and calms stressful situations for the child.

Breastmilk is a full life sustaining meal for infants and has even saved the lives and improved the quality of life for adults and seniors. Human milk for humans. It’s worth fighting for. It’s worth normalizing.

The world went down a wrong path when it started to destroy nature, make women hide away to feed their infants, shame women for breastfeeding, force “women” to cover their chest when “men” don’t have to, overbuild overuse resources, drain the earth for oil and gas, make chemical formulas plastic bottles and reward big pharma companies rather than first trying natural solutions that cause less harm.

(please don’t take me wrong. I know that some pharmaceutical medications have done good and saved lives)

We have all left at least a small carbon footprint at some point but the most important thing is to realize it, change and fight for what’s right! (Even if what is right for you isn’t right for someone else)

We are all here to learn and grow.

What happened to wet nurses for mothers who couldn’t breastfeed? There was a lot less cancer back then wasn’t there?

Let’s get back to living with love 💕 let’s not judge others. Let’s live our best lives and support one another.

We may not always agree and that’s ok, but we can still learn to live in harmony and share equality. Fight without violence for what you know is right!
