There was a man who was sentenced to death by starvation and his daughter would come to visit him in person with her baby that she was still breast-feeding. She would secretly breast-feed her father in order to keep him alive. He’s sustained life only on her breastmilk proving that breastmilk is a nutritionally whole food that can sustain the life of a human.
It’s a very interesting story and a good read if you choose to look it up. Pretty amazing.
I love being a mom. It has its intense challenges but I wouldn’t change it for anything! Incredible love that I have for my children and my family makes life an amazing journey one that I don’t wanna miss even a single moment of…unless of course there’s a single moment for a little extra sleep! 😂
