I’ll also be sharing with you in this new Vlog about the stresses in our lives how it affects breastmilk productivity and when mommy burnout happens and we just need a moment to regroup.
I have been under a lot of stress these past two weeks we are getting ready to move into a different property into a different place it has been difficult to even shower or do any kind of mommy self care.
With filling out applications for renting taking care of my two babies and my five year old had another virus with a high fever that she picked up from someone at school plus wearing a heart monitor etc it’s been rough.
Trying to find a home we qualify for has been a challenge. Packing cleaning decluttering etc takes its toll on me.
I do want to invite you all to join me live on TikTok and YouTube in which I’ll be sharing with you our move. I’ll let you know next time I’ve live.
My mental health is getting better and I am ready to begin posting again after our much-needed electronic break.
