In my opinion what is NOT normal is for a mom to feel she must cover the breast area which was made for feeding babies. I wanted to share with you an article that I recently read on the news website about women who are fighting in the supreme court to get equal rights for all people to be able to be in public places bare chested. A woman’s breast is made for feeding her babies. The biological use for it is exactly that. It is not ok for a patriarchal society to suppress womens rights to that equal of a male. A chest is a chest. Both male and female have nipples. Both male and female have breast tissue and both male and female can develop breast cancers. It is a normal instinctual thing for a nursing child to insist on having both milk sources available to them during a nursing session.
I hope in my lifetime to see the empowerment of women to receive equal rights in every aspect for every human being.
