Vitamin D via sun exposure

Vitamin D is essential to replenish especially as a breast-feeding mother. It helps keep a good immune system and keeps the bones and muscles strong! Much vitamin D is taken from a breast-feeding mother through breast milk so it is important to replenish this simply sitting in the sun for 10 minutes a day in the early morning or later afternoon when the sun is not at its strongest with little to nothing covering the skin can replenish a full days worth of vitamin D! Don’t forget to put the sunscreen on after the 10 minutes to prevent sunburns and skin cancer!!! Always talk to your doctor before taking any advice from anyone on the Internet including myself I do not personally know your skin type or sensitivities or allergies therefore it is important that you always speak to your doctor before taking any of my advice or the advice of others to decide what is best for you!
