Technology while breast-feeding and why it’s bad…
Added 2022-07-01 21:51:59 +0000 UTCAs you can see in the above pictures my daughter is intensely interested in using the cell phone to watch cartoons. She is more interested in watching the cartoons on the cell phone then she is on the big screen TV. The reason this can pose a problem is the radiation from the cell phone can be harmful to not only her but also as a Breastfeeding mom having the cell phone near the breast could possibly contribute to harmful cell growth. I actually get anxiety when she refuses to let me take the phone away throwing a tantrum. So my advice to mommy‘s that allow some screen time: try to make sure that the cell phone is held away from the breast to not have any harm come to your breast area the further the radiation of the cell phone is the better… limit screen time to less than two hours a day… A good way to do this is only to charge the cell phone or the electronic device a quarter of the way because as you see in the last picture above I am a happy mommy when the cell phone dies and the baby continues to nurse without it big mom win! 🥇
