Added 2022-01-02 02:34:40 +0000 UTCIn order to make sure we don’t have one breast that is substantially larger than the other a Breastfeeding mother should always offer both breasts and rotate back-and-forth to which breast was last consumed. Babies tend to have a favorite breast and this can lead to lopsided mess of not addressed properly. By offering the breast that is lest fed off of first it encourages the baby or child to keep the milk supply of the breast on both sides before being offered the favorite breast. It is important to breast-feed back-and-forth and continue to offer the breast that is not the favorite in order to keep the milk supply in that breast without it drying up as well as maintain a good milk supply and again prevent substantial lopsidedness and drooping on one side or substantial size differences from one being full of milk and the other sides milk drying up. All women have a small difference in the size of each breast that is nothing to be ashamed of and nothing to be embarrassed of. Even augmented breasts can appear one bigger than the other slightly so keep your breast to appear the same size while breastfeeding by feeding your baby on both! 💕🎊 happy new year!
