Small children love to touch everything and explore with their mouths and explore with their hands. Breastmilk is the best nutrition to start a child’s day. Whether tandem nursing or nursing from each side it is important to always offer both breasts in order to maintain milk supply in both breasts. Babies toddlers and children almost always have a favorite breast so it is important that you offer both breasts and try to get the child or baby to feed off of the breast less fed off of first. This will help maintain the milk supply in both breasts. Start your child’s Day out right and offer them the breast milk that you make compliments of Mother Nature herself. Just as in life the saying goes if you don’t use it you lose it. Offering the breast milk from both breasts not only maintains the milk supply but prevents the milk from drying up on one side. 🎊happy new year!
