Today I wanted to blog about different meals for toddlers as opposed to mommies as you all know I am trying to eat a more calorie restricted diet while still maintaining my milk supply for my toddlers. Today I fed my toddlers vegan hotdogs cut down the middle and in pieces to prevent choking hazard with a side of corn asparagus and rice. My meal was scrambled tofu made with cumin paprika turmeric and nutritional yeast, two strawberries and a piece of sprouted grain bread with a touch of raw vegan garlic spread. It was delicious filling and the way the sprouted grains digest in the system is far better than any regular bread. This combination has just the right amount of fat carbohydrate and protein and factors in the fresh fruit as well to maintain my vitamin supply energy supply and milk supply.
