This can be very confusing and frightening to any parent of small children. The rash and fevers that a company it can come days later even an entire week to 10 days later after getting this vaccine. Always talk to your pediatrician about possible side effects and what to expect after getting your child vaccinated if you choose to do so.
Vaccines are a choice but after many years of research on childhood diseases and other scary things that have to do with our bodies and our immune system‘s I have decided that it is best for me and my family to get these vaccines.
I suffered from chickenpox when I was 12 years old and I still remember it like it was yesterday how horrible the itching was and how my grandmother had to put witch hazel all over my body just to help me from tearing off my skin from this horrible childhood disease. Chicken pox is extremely dangerous to get when you are an adult as well. I am so thankful they have a vaccine for this now as when I was younger they did not.
Luckily I knew what to expect as I spoke to my pediatrician in depth about what the side effects could be and what to do about them. When in doubt always ask your doctor or pediatrician about what you should do and make your own choices that are best for you and your family.
