Added 2021-02-21 02:32:04 +0000 UTCBreastfeeding update vlog and feeding the baby right before we go out for date night it helps me maintain my milk supply if I’m going to be gone for an extended period of time away from my baby.
it’s best to feed right before leaving the house that way the milk supply gets out of the breast in order to make more milk while the baby is not with me and it alleviates the need for a pump while out and about for a few hours.
