Interesting looking vasospasm.

Yes vasospasms do cause a burning sensation much like thrush but doesn’t have the flaking skin and yellow skin appearance or itch that accompanies thrush. Vasospasm is perfectly normal for people who have sensitive skin while breast-feeding.
