Healthy snack ...

Today I am making some cooked green beans for my girls with a little bit of olive oil some Himalayan sea salt and pepper they just love this healthy treat! for the one-year-old I cook them a little softer for my three-year-old I leave them a little less cooked so that she gets the most nutrients out of them and for myself I eat them raw and they are delicious treat that you can pair with hummus for protein or vegan garlic dip or even ranch dressing if you’re not vegan. 💕💕💕I also cook them under super low heat for longer to keep their nutritional value more intact than high heat cooking. 🥰
