OK every so my monthly friend is here and I am craving salt and carbohydrates like crazy. Here is what I went for. Whisps are little salty cheese crisps that have zero carbohydrates in them which is great (or I think they might have one per serving) and some microwave natural Orville red and Bocker‘s popcorn which is probably still not the healthiest choice as most, but not all microwave popcorn bags have a chemical inner lining that helps the popcorn pop but at least it’s a better carbohydrate choice than white bread or pasta would be! Here’s hoping I’m not completely blowing my GD diet right now but oh it tasted so good! Portion control right now is everything let’s see if I can have the willpower not to eat the whole darn bag lol 😂
