Today I felt a little sluggish so I juiced some raw veggies which gave me all the nutrition I needed for a healthy supply of breastmilk filled with vitamins and nutrients! I used purple kale, tomato, lemon, ginger, green apple, celery and carrot to make my juice. These ingredients are all wonderfully nutritious and great for gut health. Ginger is also great for that troublesome pregnancy morning sickness! Juice is much easier to drink than eating is when you’re nauseated 🤢. After all drank my juice my husband made a wonderful vegan sautee of the pulp by using fresh tomatoes onions garlic and olive oil added. Once cooked we ate with tortilla chips. Raw veggies have the most nutrients so by juicing them raw then cooking the rest we were able to get loads of fiber and keep all the nutrients for our bodies from the juice while still having a fresh hot vegan meal as well.
