Yeah, Sean Young did kind of get a bad hand that pushed her out of Batman in the first place, so I get why she'd push for Catwoman. Obviously, if there was an alcohol problem it would have only exacerbated things, but part of the trend of making fun of her in the mid 90s seems like the typical "this female celebrity is trying to stand-up for herself / get aggressive, and that's not feminine so we must discredit her by calling her insane" trend that is even grosser with recent events.

2017-10-31 00:37:39 +0000 UTCI actually know that DTs are short for Delirium Tremens (and assume Mikel does, too), but I don't think either term is used in modern times. And Lost Weekend is GREAT!

2017-10-28 07:25:58 +0000 UTCIt sounded like Bob and Mike were saying that the term D.T.s was replaced by Delirium Tremens, not that it's an abbreviation of it. I'm surprised Diana didn't mention the Lost Weekend, it has a DT segment. The interviews on the Bluray for Tim Burton's Batman say that Sean Young was cast as Viki Vale, but had a horse accident so they had to get Kim Basinger on short notice. I think that led to her feeling she was owed Catwoman.
