Fury is great, but he was making secret weapons from the Tesseract and SHIELD was taken over by HYDRA under his watch. Not his fault but from Peter's perspective, I can understand why he wouldn't totally trust Fury. Fury's secrets have secrets have secrets. Understandable how Peter trusts Quentin in the beginning. He said all the right things. I was still like you and goin', "I don't think givin' him the glasses are a good idea. That's gonna come back to bite ya in the ass."

2022-01-19 09:31:46 +0000 UTCWhee! Watchin' this right now. You seemed confused about Peter's suit in the beginning. That's the suit Tony gave him at the beginning of Infinity War. It's the one we saw at the end of the last Spider-Man movie that Tony was enticing Peter with to announce in front of the room full of reporters that he was the newest Avenger, but Peter said he wanted to stay on the ground for a while more. It is made of nanobots, like Tony's suit, so it's a suit but also armor. That container was how he stores it when not full-size. In the comics it was called the Iron Spider suit.
