Commission work involving Dragon Quest characters, although I have yet to get deep in to the Dragon Quest games, I do have some knowledge of what is all about and already have some favorites thanks to one of the best DQ game out their "Fortune Street" ;)
For this type of commission the real hard part is to include all the characters inside the frame without blocking any of them from sight, so I try to draw each one of them in a separate layer in the draft stage, so if I need to move a character around to fit the rest it can be done with ease, like Tetris.
