2021-01-09 14:30:09 +0000 UTCI reckon we all like to be kept up to date, but the priority for all of us is surely always going to be the next update (isn't it?). So if daily updates are holding you back, as would seem likely, do them at the end of each week (or every two weeks) and make them brief. That should be easier because you'll have more information to put in them and that'll let you feel and us see that some solid progress is being made or, if necessary, understand the nature and reason for any delays or setbacks. You have to lead this because the concept and the planning, the creation and delivery is all yours. It seems to me that our role should be to support, comment or question and, where appropriate, make constructive suggestions and then follow. My opinion only, of course.
