I understand what Sakura was trying to do, but the fact she thought it would work at all is stupid. What sucks is that I don't even believe some of what Sakura said were lies, especially with what she says near the end of their conversation, but that doesn't mean she has romantic feelings for Naruto and to try to gaslight both him and herself into that is fucked up lol. I don't often see people bring up how hoeish it is for Sakura to do that right after finding out about Hinata's feelings for Naruto AND in front of Rock Lee on top of that. Not to mention thinking that their squad could somehow take down Sasuke at this point was idiotic too
