The reason Allicent really can’t do anything despite learning the truth about Viserys dream from Rhaenyra. She really doesn’t have much power or influence anymore. She’s the queen mother not the queen anymore. Plus her father Otto the only one who might’ve taken her side has been banished again. Aegon and Come want vengeance and Aemond is ready to crash out. So not much peace she can bring up truth or not.
